It's the group that brings together four event companies from Huelva, Spain: El Perro Verde (catering), VSET Media (audiovisual production), La Mirta en casa (take-away and EventoBox boxes) and Your Event Project (event rentals). Together they cover everything an event needs, with one point of contact.

Yes. Each company also works on its own. The group adds value when you need two or more services: one quote and one person coordinating everything.

In Huelva and Seville, city and province, and in the Algarve. For large-scale events of 1,000 attendees or more, we cover the whole Iberian Peninsula.

For catering, at least two weeks. For AV productions and large events, the earlier the better to secure equipment and date.

Yes. We work under public procurement rules with e-invoicing, and send the administrative documentation with the offer.

We collect dietary requirements in writing before the event and adapt the menu. There is always a full vegetarian and vegan option.

Yes. We work in English and Spanish, including for events in the Algarve.

It depends on the length of the break and the space. We state it in the proposal, together with the number of service points, so queues don't form.

Yes. We bring everything we need and send you in advance the list of what we need from the venue.

We adjust the service. Tell us as early as possible and we will confirm the new plan.

Yes. Send us the billing details you need and we will prepare the quote that way from the start.

Yes. We can send the certificate with the proposal if you need it for supplier registration.

For catering, at least two weeks. If the event includes AV production, the earlier the better.

Yes. Most institutional events fit a minor contract, and we prepare the offer in the format the file requires.

Yes, with the file reference and the breakdown you specify.

A sound feed from the room and a broadband internet connection if the event is streamed. We list it in the proposal.

Live production does not include post-editing. If you need it, we quote it separately.

The quote spells it out: which drinks are included with the banquet and which are extra, such as an open bar by the hour.

Yes. If we are not on the venue's supplier list, we contact them to coordinate set-up, kitchen and timings.

Yes, in the Algarve. We work in English and Spanish.

At least 5 working days in advance. The current minimum order is €175 + VAT.

We currently deliver within Huelva city. If your event is elsewhere, ask us and we will look into it.
