Weddings and celebrations
We take care of the banquet, furniture, lighting and video for weddings and celebrations at estates, hotels and venues in the Algarve, Huelva and Seville, with a fixed quote that also states what is not included.
A quote with no surprises
The price is per guest, all-inclusive. At the end of the quote you will find a section listing what is not included, so you can compare proposals like for like.
If the guest count changes, we adjust the quote before the wedding, not on the day.
Tasting session
Before finalising the menu we hold a tasting session. Family members are welcome to join.
Everything we can add
- Welcome cocktail, banquet and bar.
- Furniture, linen, tableware and ambient lighting.
- Wedding film and sound for the ceremony and party.
- EventoBox boxes for the pre-wedding gathering or the day after.

Weddings and celebrations
Does the per-guest price include drinks?
The quote spells it out: which drinks are included with the banquet and which are extra, such as an open bar by the hour.
Can you work at the venue we have already booked?
Yes. If we are not on the venue's supplier list, we contact them to coordinate set-up, kitchen and timings.
Do you cater weddings in Portugal?
Yes, in the Algarve. We work in English and Spanish.
