46th Huelva Ibero-American Film Festival
Technical production of the festival, integrating sound, lighting and video signals.
Solutions
Institutional events
We provide catering and AV production to public bodies in Huelva and Seville for openings, technical sessions, award ceremonies and protocol events, with the administrative paperwork ready for the file.
Paperwork and invoicing
At an institutional event, the file matters as much as the service. Our offer shows the amount with and without VAT, and we invoice electronically with the file reference.
We provide tax and social security compliance certificates and our liability insurance certificate whenever you need them.
Experience with public bodies
VSET Media has handled the technical production of the Huelva Ibero-American Film Festival and broadcast Andalusian Government galas such as the Andalusia Sports Awards and the Meridiana Awards. El Perro Verde regularly works for public bodies in the province of Huelva.
What we offer
- Welcome coffee and coffee breaks for technical sessions.
- Cocktail receptions for openings and award ceremonies.
- Sound, lighting, screens and live broadcast of the event.
- Video recording and editing for institutional communication.
